The property management includes:

The stages of the construction process will meet the following dates:
- end of rough building work- until 30.03.2007;
- end of finishing work on the common property areas of the site- until 30.05.2007;
- inspection of the ready building site and issuing a certificate for usage –until 30.07.2007.
